About me

I design as a way to improve our human relationship to each other and to our planet. Armed with an MFA in Transdisciplinary Design from Parsons School of Design, I consult on a multitude of design projects, including: user research, waste management, alternative economies, organizational change, design education, name branding, and communication strategy. I currently am a design strategist at consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton working with federal clients to develop and prototype their customer experience capabilities.

I come to design by way of political science and advertising. Through my BA in International Relations from Claremont McKenna College, I choose to carve out social change outside of the realm of policy. My four years working on big brands at Team One Advertising solidified my interest in the creative world and the power of aesthetics, but I ultimately choose design for its humble and earnest pursuit to use systems thinking as a way to propose impactful solutions.

When not designing professionally, Iā€™m likely sprucing my house plants and planning a dinner party, playing pick-up basketball, catching a live concert, or writing postcards in a cafe.
